services, personal information and the like (Information). BMW Financial
Services (Pty) Ltd (gBMW Finance) owns the copyright to this Information unless
otherwise expressly stated.
Use of

The Information on the CFS may
be utilised by the user as follows:
1. You may use, copy or download the Information for floorplan
purposes only.
2. Any reproduction of the Information, whether in part or whole, must
include this Legal Notice in its entirety.
Please note that unauthorised use of the Information such as modification,
public distribution and/or display is strictly prohibited.
Intellectual
Property
Nothing contained in these
terms and conditions shall be construed as conferring on the user any right,
title or interest in any of BMW Financefs intellectual property including but
not limited to BMW Financefs trade marks, registrations thereof, designs,
copyrights, brands, emblems, insignia, symbols, slogans. It is expressly
prohibited for any person, business, or entity to gain or attempt to gain;
deliver or attempt to deliver, unauthorised access to
any page on the CFS. Any person who delivers or attempts to deliver any unauthorised access to the CFS or attempts to gain or
deliver unauthorised access to any page on the CFS
website shall be held criminally liable, and in the event that BMW Finance
should suffer any damage or loss, civil damages will be claimed.
Disclaimer
and Liability
BMW Finance shall not be
liable for any loss or damage (direct, indirect, special or consequential)
caused by the acts or omissions of BMW Finance, its employees, subcontractors,
or agents, which arise out of or in connection with the use of the CFS or the
information, content materials or products included on the system, unless
caused by the negligence of BMW Finance, its employeesf its sub-contractors, or
its agents. All express warranties, representations, conditions of any kind or
other terms implied by statute or common law with respect to the CFS website or
the information, content, materials or products included on the CFS website are
hereby expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
